How to order?


You can do so by entering our website www.scriptoriumars.com from your computer, tablet or mobile.

In the workshop of the Monastery of Poblet (Tarragona) we restore books, notebooks, photo albums, etc. To request this service, please, send an email to info@scriptoriumars.com

Availability


Acceptance of the order is subject to the availability of the necessary materials at the time we receive it. In case that it is not possible to serve it, we will refund the amount you paid when placing the order.

The Contract for the purchase of products between Scriptorium ars and the client will be formalized only when we send an email with the order confirmation.

Delivery times


The notebooks, journals and photo albums are handmade by the community of monks of the Royal Abbay of Poblet. It is a completely handmade process that is part of a life organized around prayer and work, in accordance with very rigorous established guidelines of dedication to both.

Generally, the time to prepare the orders varies between a few days and two weeks, depending on the workshop workload and the availability of materials. These times are applicable for small orders. If you want to place a larger order, we ask you to contact us by email (info@scriptoriumars.com) so that we can estimate the delivery time.

Finally, we must add the transport time, which will range between one and three days for national shipments. These conditions are valid for mainland Spain, with a period of more than 1 or 2 days for the Balearic and Canary Islands.

For international orders, shipping times vary depending on the option chosen by the customer. There are two options: Standard shipment (5 – 10 days) and Express shipment.

IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE DELIVERY TIMES WILL INCREASE A FEW DAYS DUE TO THE CURRENT HEALTH CRISIS.

Prices and free shipping


All products include VAT in their final price.

Transportation and delivery


Once the order is delivered to the transport agency, you will receive an email from the transport agency at the email that you have provided in the order and that will provide you with the following information:

-Estimated delivery date.

-Tracking number of the transport agency.

-Contact telephone number of the delivery delegation.

-Link where you can track the delivery status of your package.

The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer. In case of absence, a notice will be left indicating how to proceed to make a new delivery.

Payment


Payment can be made by card or by bank transfer.

Returns and withdrawal policy


The term for any return is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

To return any item, contact us at info@scriptoriumars.com and we will tell you how to proceed. To streamline management, we advise you to provide a mobile phone.

The product must be in perfect condition.

After you have received the merchandise and checked its status, you will receive a refund of the amount of your order, discounting the transport costs of the return, by bank transfer.

Personalized products will not be subject to exchange or return.

Product damaged during shipping:


Upon receiving the product you should review it well. If you find that it has been damaged during shipping, you should contact us immediately through info@scriptoriumars.com and we will tell you how to proceed.
